Objective: AArrow Advertising's goal in advertising for Archstone Smith was to boost the occupancy rate of each community serviced while creating brand recognition.
Method: The Archstone Warner Center Community Marketing Department made the decision to allocate their budget through television, print and radio advertisements as well as AArrow Sign Spinners. AArrow Sign Spinners soon became a premium means of reaching the public on the ground level.
Campaign Details:
1) Weekday and weekend sign spinners at the Archstone Warner Center - Shifts ran from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. with five sign spinners at key intersections.
2) Archstone Warner Center recorded more foot traffic the month sign spinners were used than ever before.
3) AArrow Advertising job readiness sponsorship - Provided used signage to help with the AArrow Advertising Entrepreneurial Training Academy.
4) Grand opening events.
Results and Conclusion: For the past two years Archstone Smith has used AArrow Sign Spinners on a weekly basis at some of the busiest corners throughout Los Angeles to establish their brand while meeting their apartment complex quotas. They continue to use our signature service to help keep their occupancy rates up while providing luxury style living to thousands of tenants across the nation.
