Objective: AArrow Sign Spinners were called on to inform the public that Alegria, a Baron Property, was now leasing brand new apartments.
Method: Two sign spinners were strategically placed at the busiest intersection near the Alegria to drive traffic to the leasing office. By using two AArrow Sign Spinners the amount of traffic doubled and sales increased.
Campaign Details:
1) AArrow Sign Spinning shifts during the week and on the weekend.
a. Two sign spinners on the major intersection of 40th Street and Greenway Road.
b. Shifts were during lunch hours throughout the week and on the weekends.
Results and Conclusion: By using AArrow Sign Spinners at the Alegria their occupancy rate increased; producing results of positive brand imaging.
