Objective: In celebration of the 75th anniversary, Fox Chevrolet offered special discounts for one weekend only. The purpose of the campaign was to promote weekend sales and increase customer traffic to Fox Chevrolet’s car dealership and website where customers can browse and shop for different cars and models at the lot or from the comfort of their own home.
Method: AArrow Advertising worked closely with Team Velocity to focus the marketing efforts exclusively for the automobile industry in order to promote various weekend sales.
Campaign Details:
1) Weekday and weekend shifts - Afternoon rush hour sign spinning shifts prior to the weekend sale and sign spinning on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. during the sale.
2) Brand awareness - AArrow Sign Spinners reached more than 20,000 cars a day and increased awareness to the location, website and brand of Fox Chevrolet.
Results and Conclusion: AArrow Sign Spinners were effective in the execution of their marketing campaign for Fox Chevrolet. AArrow Sign Spinners created a one-on-one advertising experience for every car that passed the dealership. This method was successful in increasing traffic and sales at the dealership and on the website during the week of the sale. Because of this success, Fox Chevrolet continues to use AArrow Sign Spinners as their primary form of advertising when there are weekend sales to promote.
