McDonald’s Corporation is the world's largest chain of fast food restaurants serving nearly 47 million customers daily. McDonald's primarily sells hamburgers, cheeseburgers, chicken products, french fries, breakfast items, soft drinks, milkshakes and desserts. Each McDonald's restaurant is operated by a franchisee, an affiliate or the corporation itself.

Objective: AArrow Sign Spinners were called in Phoenix to help boost walk-in traffic, increase overall sales and promote store grand openings. In addition to providing cost-effective advertising solutions, AArrow Sign Spinners filmed commercials in English and Spanish that debuted on local Phoenix cable channels during the U.S. Open and are still airing.
Method: Two AArrow Sign Spinners worked to create public awareness for the grand opening and increase brand awareness and sales.
Campaign Details:
1) Week day and weekend shifts - One sign spinner per location on Thursday 7 a.m. - 10 a.m.; one sign spinner at one location and three for the other location on Friday 7 a.m. - 10 a.m.
2) Brand awareness - The McDonald’s brand was exposed to several thousand cars daily during the morning commute.
Results and Conclusion: Both McDonald’s stores showed an increase in sales and received many compliments on the commercial and professional behavior and skills of the sign spinners.
