NBC San Diego invited AArrow Sign Spinning World Champion Teddy Hale to be on the morning broadcast and give San Diegans the wake-up they needed. 18-year-old Teddy taught the reporter to sign spin and discussed his experience as a sign spinner and how it feels to the be world champion of the sport.
